The coffee shop with a view of two worlds – on one side the hotel’s expansive landscaped gardens and the two senior baobab trees of the famous kibbutz, and on the other the marvelous biblical view of the Dead Sea and the Moab mountains.
The coffee shop is named after the baobab tree which grows through the center of the café’s deck. The tree offers the deck its refreshing shade and exotic beauty and its vegetation softens the boundaries between the buildings and the natural world.
The Baobar menu is composed of simple and high-quality natural ingredients, with the notable presence of the herbs growing the botanical garden surrounding the café.
Every Friday evening a musical performance takes place with a variety of bands, from folk and blues to Israeli music and more.

The Baobar is open every day except Saturdays from 10:00am to midnight.
On Saturdays, it is open from 11:00am to midnight.
